COPYRIGHT AND TAKEDOWN POLICY (Selv-a)

1. Purpose
This policy explains how to report alleged copyright infringement and how Selv-a responds to requests.
2. Scope
Applies to content hosted, displayed, or shared through the Service, including shared links and pool content, where Selv-a has the ability to remove or disable access.
3. How to submit a notice

Your notice should include:
- your name and contact information (email and mailing address)
- identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- identification of the allegedly infringing content with enough detail for us to locate it (for example link, screenshots, timestamps, and the relevant account identifier if visible)
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law
- a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf
- your physical or electronic signature
4. Our response
We may:
- remove or disable access to the reported content
- notify the user who posted or shared the content (where appropriate)
- request additional information to process the claim
- preserve records as required for legal and security purposes
5. Counter-notice
If you believe content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the same contact, including:
- your name and contact details
- identification of the removed content and where it appeared
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief removal was a mistake or misidentification
- a statement consenting to the appropriate jurisdiction where required by applicable law
- your signature
6. Repeat infringement
We may terminate or restrict accounts for repeated infringement, taking into account the severity and pattern of conduct.
7. Abuse of process
Submitting false or misleading notices or counter-notices may result in liability and account enforcement, including suspension or termination.
