Common issues
- 1Check your email for a magic-link or password-reset email (also check spam).
- 2If the link expired, request a new one from the login screen.
- 3Still stuck? Write to hello@selv-a.com with the email you signed up with.
- 1Make sure you’re logged in with the same account you used to subscribe.
- 2On iOS, open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions and verify the status.
- 3On Android, open Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
- 4If it still doesn’t appear, email hello@selv-a.com with your receipt.
- 1Update to the latest version from the App Store or Google Play.
